Pay Rate: $17 - $18 DOE
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
- Forklift experience / certification.
- Crane operation experience.
- General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.
- Support maintenance and shop operations.
- Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently.
- Participate in company-provided training and certifications.
- Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
- Physically demanding role requiring employees to work in active shop and oilfield-support environments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Stable employment history.
