Pay Rate: $17/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary:

Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.Trim finished rubber parts.
Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawing.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment.
Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes.

Education:

Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
