Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Hours: 6:30 am, 12-hour shifts (Monday through Saturday), including overtime
2nd Shift: 3 pm to Midnight
Job Summary:
The Production Worker primarily works in the outside production area of the Cylinder Exchange facility, which is a fire-resistant environment.
Responsibilities include processing barbecue grill cylinders.

Requirements:
- Forklift experience is nice to have (certification will be provided if needed).
- Must have production background experience.
- Must be extremely punctual; attendance and timeliness are critical.
- Extensive walking, standing, crouching, and bending.
- Steel-toe boots required (fire-resistant clothing will be provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
- Maintain consistent quality standards.
- Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next-day shipments.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Stand and walk for 12 hours per day
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred
